An attempt to document my daily dietary routine for future reference of my future "old.alone.done for."-self.
Okay, after learning that I lost 8lbs, currently at 162… Decided to eat normally for this weekend since I’m way ahead of my scheduled weight loss. So time to take in a heavier calorie count per meal.
Breakfast:
- 1 Apple
9am:
- 2 slices of bread
11am:
- 1 Orange
Exercise:
- Basketball (shooting and a couple of light drills, 1 1/2 hours)
Dinner:
- A large bowl of Kare-Kare
- Chocolate Ice Cream
12am:
- SmartC lemon (large)
