18 Days: Day 9

Today’s weather was great, also met up with 2 friends of mine, one who recently came from Dubai, and the other which I haven’t seen for quite some time now. Short yet made me glad. (Sometimes you need the company to give you that extra source of energy.)

Today’s damage report:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Empanada

Lunch:

  • A corn on the cob

3PM:

  • Sliced pineapples

Dinner:

  • 1pc of chicken
  • 2 slices of bread
  • vegetable soup (squash, okra, malunggay, eggplant)

I wonder how much pounds I will lose this week.
