An attempt to document my daily dietary routine for future reference of my future "old.alone.done for."-self.
Today it seems that I have eaten less than 500 calories yet I still don’t feel hungry. Is this a good sign or is my body getting used to eating this little? Which means I’d probably get bloated if I binge for a day or two when I eat normal again. :| I hope it doesn’t though…
Damage Report:
Breakfast:
- Hot Lipton Tea (plain)
Lunch:
- A pack of SkyFlakes
3pm:
- A cob of corn
Dinner:
- 4pcs of Siomai (2 wantons, 2 nori wrapped)
- Coke zero
Probably reached 500cal cause of the siomai, but then again maybe not.
Is it really possible for me to get under 160? 150? last 7 days!
