18 Days: Day 16

Well after that great weekend with friends at Subic (minus the binge eating), I got scared on stepping on that scale. Prior to leaving, I lost only around 3 lbs the whole week as compared to last week’s 10. So I figured, with all that eating we had done on our vacation, I probably would’ve gained a lot.

So the moment we got back home, around 12mn, I went up and placed my things down. Changed to a much more comfortable attire and went back down to be judged.

Slowly pulling the weighing scale as it made a screeching sound of the marble floor, I then took a deep breath and slowly stepped on the scale. And there it was… 156.

156?

156!

Shit. Is this true? 

…FUCK YES!

156 fuckers! woot woot!

As the massive party continued on and on in my head.

12 hrs after…

Binged. :(

Breakfast:

  • 3 pcs of burger patties

Lunch:

  • Vegetable Pasta
  • 3 spoons of diced pork-chops

3pm:

  • 4 packs of peanuts (40 cal each)

Dinner:

  • 5 pcs of Tocino
  • 5 Pcs of Beef steak
  • Chocloate Ice Cream on a Cone

Midnight Snack:

  • A footlong cheese-hotdog sandwich w/ ketchup
  • 3 pcs of cheese junk food

Unhealthy at all, although I think I’ll continue my diet until I reach 145.

18 Days: Day 13-15

159, current weight before going out-of-town

Since we went for a mini-vacation, didn’t have the opportunity to post my previous meals. And take note, as I said in my previous entries, I will binge or rather eat normally on weekends. Especially since we will be going out of town for the weekend.

Day 13

Breakfast:

  • 2 Slices of bread w/ cheese
  • An Orange

Lunch:

  • A cob of corn

Dinner:

  • 2 pcs of Longganiza
  • A subway sandwich (Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Sweet Onion Sauce)

Day 14

Breakfast:

  • 3 pcs of vienna sausages
  • A small bowl of noodles

Lunch/Dinner:

  • 2 1/2 slices of pizza
  • Mango shake w/ whipped cream and strawberry syrup
  • Magnum Ice Cream

Day 15

Breakfast:

  • An Apple

Lunch:

  • 4 pcs of spam
  • A bowl of pesto pasta
  • 1/2 Box of fruit juice

3pm:

  • 1/2 Box of fruit Juice
  • An Apple

Dinner:

  • A lot of Korean food (no rice)
  • Melona Ice cream

Also smoked a lot of cigarettes. A lot. Throat is semi-hurting.

Will reveal my weight on my next post… How much do you think I gained from this whole vacation escapade?

18 Days: Day 12

I think my weight loss has plateaued… Hopefully that is not the case. I was able to wear my long sleeved-shirt after wearing it only once. That should be a sign that I’ve shaved off a couple of fat off my body. I think I have to start toning my body after another set of diet. We’ll see.

Breakfast:

  • An Apple

Lunch:

  • A chicken empanada

3pm:

  • A vegetable spring roll (w/ vinegar)

Dinner:

  • 2 pcs of chicken (100g each)
  • Chicken broth w/ carrots and broccoli. 

6 days more and hopefully I lost more than 15lbs by then.

18 Days: Day 11

Today it seems that I have eaten less than 500 calories yet I still don’t feel hungry. Is this a good sign or is my body getting used to eating this little? Which means I’d probably get bloated if I binge for a day or two when I eat normal again. :| I hope it doesn’t though…

Damage Report:

Breakfast:

  • Hot Lipton Tea (plain)

Lunch:

  • A pack of SkyFlakes

3pm:

  • A cob of corn

Dinner:

  • 4pcs of Siomai (2 wantons, 2 nori wrapped)
  • Coke zero

Probably reached 500cal cause of the siomai, but then again maybe not.

Is it really possible for me to get under 160? 150? last 7 days!

18 Days: Day 10

CHEAT DAY.

My sister came back from Singapore after watch the Original Australian Cast of Wicked perform. So she decided to buy me soemthing, (was expecting beef jerky) and she got me this bag of takoyaki flavored rings. I’ve been staring at it for the past 2 days and I just gave up. Ate them while try to watch Charlize Theron’s “Young Adult”. didn’t finish the movie but instead watched episode 17 of Happy Endings.

Damage Report:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Apple

Lunch:

  • A pack of SkyFlakes

3pm:

  • A vegetable spring roll

Dinner:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • takoyaki rings

I wonder how much pounds I will lose this week…

18 Days: Day 9

Today’s weather was great, also met up with 2 friends of mine, one who recently came from Dubai, and the other which I haven’t seen for quite some time now. Short yet made me glad. (Sometimes you need the company to give you that extra source of energy.)

Today’s damage report:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Empanada

Lunch:

  • A corn on the cob

3PM:

  • Sliced pineapples

Dinner:

  • 1pc of chicken
  • 2 slices of bread
  • vegetable soup (squash, okra, malunggay, eggplant)

I wonder how much pounds I will lose this week.

18 Days: Day 8

Sunday, a week has already passed. I guess even after eating a bit more than usual, you don’t gain that much weight like you used to.

Damage Report:

Breakfast:

  • 1/4 footlong sandwich
  • 4 thin slices of meatloaf
  • 2 toasted bread
  • 1 fried egg

Lunch:

  • 7pcs of Fita
  • SmartC Lemon

Dinner:

  • 1 footlong sandwich
  • 4 pcs of adobo

18 Days: Day 7

Okay, after learning that I lost 8lbs, currently at 162… Decided to eat normally for this weekend since I’m way ahead of my scheduled weight loss. So time to take in a heavier calorie count per meal.

Breakfast:

  • 1 Apple

9am:

  • 2 slices of bread

11am:

  • 1 Orange

Exercise:

  • Basketball (shooting and a couple of light drills, 1 1/2 hours)

Dinner:

  • A large bowl of Kare-Kare
  • Chocolate Ice Cream

12am:

  • SmartC lemon (large)

18 Days: Day 6

Today did some exercise to go along with my diet. I think it’s a bit wrong, just maybe since my stomach felt acidic throughout the game.

Breakfast:

  • 1 Apple
  • 6 Spoons of oatmeal

Lunch:

  • Corn on the cob
  • 4pcs of Siomai

Exercise:

  • at least an hour of full-court basketball.

Dinner:

  • Creamy noodle soup
  • a Krispy Kreme Creations (bread with cheese and strip of bacon)

Had a very poor basketball game. I think it’s time to start improving on my “game”, if ever I have one. lol. 

18 Days: Day 5

Today wasn’t much of a struggle and surprisingly, wasn’t that much hungrier compared to the past few days. I think I’m getting used to this kind of diet or probably just still full cause of last night’s binge… either way, still feel great.

Today’s damage report:

Breakfast:

  • 2 carrots
  • 6 okra
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/8 piece of apple

Lunch:

  • a small bowl of Asparagus? not quite sure.

Dinner:

  • 2 pcs of chicken
  • 3 slices of bread
  • A sachet worth of BBQ Sauce

I noticed I wasn’t able to drink a lot of hot tea, although still continously drink a lot of water. BTW, just in case you were wondering, the chicken I’ve been eating is the breast part of the chicken. just fyi.
